FOR REQUEST FOR: RETURN OF MERCHANDISE / EXCHANGE / REFUND

Please contact us at : customer@iconics.ca. Please write to us the subject, the reasons for your request and also a picture of the product if needed. 

We will then contact you as soon as possible to give you the procedure to follow so that you obtain complete satisfaction.


RETURN OF GOODS:

We offer to exchange the items which are not suitable for you. Returned items must be in good condition and not have been worn. We will send You a pre-paid return envelope free of charge so that you can return the Product to us.


EXCHANGE:

In the event that a breakage occurs on your order during shipping or 30 days (after the date of purchase) thereof; Please write to us at : customer@iconics.ca and include te details of your request and the picture of your defective product as proof. We will send you another one as soon as possible, avoiding the merchandise return step.


REFUND:

It is possible to request a refund on your order.

If your order does not meet your expectations; you must return the product to us in its original condition (unworn) and we will issue the refund as soon as we receive the return.

In the event of a breakage occurring during shipment or 30 days (after the date of purchase) thereof. Your refund will be made immediately after receipt of the supporting documents (Reasons for the request and picture of the defective product).
